Robert Wilson, CHA
Founder & President
Robbie’s experience over the past 25 years encompasses both regional and senior management and leadership positions in all facets of hotel operations, including all rooms divisions, food & beverage and extensive sales & marketing, reservations and revenue expertise. His achievements include numerous property and regional hotel openings, long-range planning, employee relations, training and achieving guest satisfaction levels. His career has included tenure at 3, 4 and 5 diamond management companies and hotels in Boston, Miami, San Francisco and New York including Omni, Four Seasons, Sonesta, IHG, Hilton, Island Outpost Resorts and several boutique and independent properties.
Robbie is responsible for the overall direction of Advantage Reserve and ultimately responsible for all standards of service and execution.
Vice President, Finance
Ai started her hotel career with the Cartwright Hotel in San Francisco as the revenue manager. She continued to expand her knowledge in revenue management when she moved to New York and worked for Holiday Inn Express 45th Street, Hotel 373, Comfort Inn Butler Street and Holiday Inn 26th Street.
As a founding member of the management team at Advantage Reserve, Ai worked closely with the system engineers to develop the channel management design for the call center.
Her next challenge was to create the finance department and all Advantage Reserve reporting systems for client hotels on a daily, weekly and a monthly basis.
In addition to her financial responsibilities, Ai assists in the oversight of our Human Resources functions. She helps to provide the leadership needed to maintain the fun and creative culture that makes Advantage Reserve unique. Retaining our terrific team members by providing a comfortable work environment with flexible schedules and good benefits are the keys to our success.
Ai enjoys sharing her Asian culture with her coworkers and hopes to help open an AR branch in Japan sometime in the future.
Vice President, Operations
Andrea’s hospitality career spans fourteen years of progressive roles with Magna Hospitality prior to joining Advantage Reserve. She was the front office manager at the Tides Hotel and the Kent Hotel in Miami.
Andrea then relocated back home to New York City where she worked for Furnished Quarters, a property management company featuring high end rental condominiums.
She was recruited back by Magna Hospitality to serve as the front office manager at the Holiday Inn Express 45th Street. Andrea spent the next six years serving on the Magna Hospitality corporate task force team as interim front office manager and general manager to a number of properties in distress. She provided the guidance needed to turn the hotels around from a financial, service and quality standpoint.
Joining Advantage Reserve in 2009, Andrea was quickly promoted to director of operations and then vice president. Her exceptional leadership style and ability to drive results, has been invaluable to Advantage Reserve as we continue to grow. Andrea oversees the implementation of new clients; from proposals to contracts to on-going interfacing with our valued customers. She also is instrumental in assisting with our human resource and training efforts.
Andrea enjoys quality time with her family when she isn’t working.
Quality Assurance Manager
Precious began working at Advantage Reserve in 2013. In the past two years she started as a Reservation Sales Agent and has developed into vital member of our management team. In Precious’s role as Quality Assurance Manager she spends the majority of her time listening to calls and providing continuous coaching and training to agents to ensure they are exceeding our expectations and wowing each guest.
In Precious’ spare time she enjoys spending time with her son. Precious is also a financial advisor for Primerica and a Girl Scout leader.
Marcos Urias, CHRM
Director of Human Resources
“HR is my passion” says Marcos Urias, who’s been in the hospitality HR field for over 20 years for companies such as Greyhound, McLane, and da Leo.
An avid employee relations advocate Marcos strives to be a unifying force in daily dealings with core employees and management.
As the Director of Human Resources, Marcos is responsible for employee relations, recruitment and retention, and serves as an advisor to management and employees on how to deal with issues relevant to daily operations.
Marcos is in preparations now to sit for the Senior Professional in Human Resources exam which is the highest professional certification within the Human Resources arena demonstrating a mastery of the principles of Human Resources. When time allows Marcos enjoys traveling, and musical theater as well as a nice meal!
